Dauphinoise Potato Gratin - FROZEN
The humble potato is given French sophistication with this delicious, creamy potato gratin. Slivers of potato layered with garlic, fresh thyme, cheese and baked in cream until tender, golden and bubbling. It's one of our most popular potato dishes, since it works well with so many other dishes and now that we've done all the slicing and layering for you, all you need to do is simply, heat and serve.
Ingredients
Potato, Cream, tasty cheese, Parmesan, Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre-heat oven to 160c - remove plastic wrap and place the tray on a baking tray in the oven. If cooking from thawed, heat for 20 - 30 mins until piping hot and bubbling. Allow to stand for 5 - 10 mins before serving. If coking from frozen, allow for another 20 - 30 mins or until piping hot at the centre.
