Slow-cooking the best quality local brisket gives us an incredibly tender beef dish. Slow-roasted beef brisket, marinated in a rich red wine sauce, served with creamy Dauphinoise potatoes. Accompanied by honey-butter glazed carrots and fresh broccolini, lightly dressed with a zesty lemon vinaigrette.
Ingredients
Mozzarella, Beef, Potato, Carrot, broccolini, red wine, Beef Stock (homemade), Onion, Cream, Celery, honey, tasty cheese, Parmesan, Garlic, Thyme, Olive Oil, Butter, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
