Byron Bay Jam - THE GENT - Ginger Marmalade

Think of a good British marmalade but with a twist of ginger in the mix. This adds a spicy after tone. Can be used simply on a slice of toast or try adding to a traditional Ploughman’s lunch. IIngredients: Oranges, sugar, ginger, lemon, pectin.
