Potato gnocchi with ratatouille stew and parmesan

France meets Italy in this vegetarian main course. Potato gnocchis sit on a bed of a traditional provencal stew. Ratatouille are vegetables slowly simmered in a tomato sauce and finished with fresh basil, healthy but filling.

Potato, Flour, Eggplant, Capsicum, Zucchini, Tomato Paste, Tomato, Garlic, Brown Onion, Salt, Pepper, Parmesan, Thyme, Basil, Tomato Passata, Olive Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2 - 3 minutes until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
