Inspired by the Sri Lankan yellow fish curry, we created our version of this comforting, hearty Far Eastern dish. Made with an array of fresh ingredients, like lemongrass, ginger, chilli, tamarind, coconut cream and curry leaves, take this exotic coconut curry paired with seared snapper to the next level!

Ingredients
Snapper Fillet, Sweet Potato, green beans, Coconut Cream, Tomato, Tamarind Paste, Vegetable oil, Lime, lemongrass, Olive Oil, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Turmeric, curry powder, Fresh Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave 2-3 minutes until piping hot. If heating from frozen, heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
