Sri Lankan fish curry with green beans, sweet potatoes & basmati rice
Inspired by the Sri Lankan yellow fish curry, we created our version of this comforting, hearty Far Eastern dish. Made with an array of fresh ingredients, like lemongrass, ginger, chilli, tamarind, coconut cream and curry leaves, take this exotic coconut curry paired with seared snapper (subject to availability) and accompanied with basmati rice to the next level! If you'd like to order a bigger portion of the curry, then opt for the medium size which serves two and you can cook your own rice at home to make it a complete meal.
Ingredients
Snapper Fillet, Sweet Potato, green beans, Coconut Cream, Tomato, Basmati Rice, Tamarind Paste, Vegetable oil, Lime, lemongrass, Olive Oil, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Turmeric, curry powder, Fresh Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
