Chicken Noodle soup with Tuscan kale
Chicken noodle soup brings back memories of childhood! It is already pretty good for you but we have made this even healthier by adding lots of kale, using house-made broth instead of a store bought one, and opting for skinless chicken breast. This Italian inspired soup makes a fantastic meal on cool fall and winter nights - healthy, delicious, and wholesome, the kinda soup you would want to curl up on the couch with!

Ingredients
Chicken Broth, Chicken, Kale, Pasta, Peas, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Sweet Corn, fresh parsley, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
