Alsatian Pizza with creme fraiche, onions, potato and bacon
Also known as tarte flambée, this Alsatian Pizza is topped with creme fraiche, finely sliced onions, bacon strips, brie cheese and pre-cooked potatoes. Just pop in your pre-heated oven and take in all the flavours from the Alsace region.

creme freche, Potato, Flour, Salt, Bacon, Onion, Thyme, yeast, Brie.
Preparation and storage notes
Put pizza onto oven tray. Bake in pre-heated oven at 220c for 10 minutes or until the base is crispy and cooked. Slice and enjoy.
