This healthy vegetarian quiche with spinach, sundried tomato, feta mixed with a creamy, cheesy egg filling, all encompassed in a buttery homemade crust baked to perfection, is a satisfying snack or light lunch or dinner that can be enjoyed warm, at room temperature or chilled.

Ingredients
Feta, sun-dried tomato, Flour, Eggs, MIlk, Unsalted Butter, Water, Heavy Cream, Mustard, Shallot, Salt, Cayenne pepper, Pepper, Spinach.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. To warm place in oven on 165c for 15 minutes or until hot. Alternatively, let quiche sit out until at room temperature.
