This Greek lemon garlic roast chicken is tender, juicy and succulent with a crispy golden skin. Served with roasted garlic potatoes, vegetables and a homemade tzatziki, makes this the perfect meal for any night of the week especially when you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

Chicken, Potato, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, cucumber, Greek Yoghurt, Carrot, Zucchini, broccolini, Thyme, Lemon, Parsley, Olive Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove film and tzatziki and bake tray in oven at 170c for 20-25 minutes or until hot. For vegetables, pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Further heating needed if frozen.
