Tandoori chicken and Roasted vegetables with mint yoghurt chutney
This is an incredibly juicy, tender, moist and outrageously delicious Tandoori chicken. Marinated overnight with various spices, herbs and yoghurt, then baked along with potatoes, carrots, broccolini and onion wedges until golden with little charred bits. Served with a yoghurt-mint chutney, it's perfect for a weeknight meal!

Chicken, Yoghurt, Salt, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Garam Masala, Pepper, Vegetable oil, lemon juice, Cumin, tumeric, Fresh Mint.

Preparation and storage notes

Pre-heat oven to 170c. Remove film and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until hot. Further heating needed if frozen.
