Ingredients

Cream, Spinach, Vegetable oil, Arborio Rice, Mushrooms, Eggs, Parmesan, Breadcrumbs, Onion, Butter, White Wine, Olive Oil, Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Pesto, truffle oil.

Preparation and storage notes

Shallow fry in 1/2 inch of neutral oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden in colour turning to fry all sides. Alternatively Microwave arancini until piping hot.
