Katsu curry is super-delicious and is one of Japan’s most popular dishes. A panko crumbed cauliflower steak served with a lightly spiced, sweet curry sauce and sticky rice.

Ingredients
Vegetable oil, Cauliflower, Eggs, Flour, Breadcrumbs, Rice, Salt, Carrot, Potato, curry powder, Japanese Curry sauce.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
