Panettone Christmas bread & butter pudding with eggnog vanilla sauce
A posh version of bread and butter pudding, using panettone Christmas bread, raisins and almonds, cream and vanilla. Served with a delicious eggnog vanilla sauce, makes it a very luscious dessert! Serves 4-6

Ingredients
MIlk, raisin, Cornflour, Orange, Eggs, Lemon, Bread, Sugar, Vanilla Bean Extract, Almonds, Brandy.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre heat oven to 170c. Peel film, and remove sauce pouch. Bake in the tray for 10-15 mins or until hot. Further heating is needed if frozen. Drizzle the vanilla sauce on top before serving.
