Oven baked potato, brie and thyme gratin
Thinly sliced potatoes layered with cream, butter and cheese with a hint of fresh thyme and generous pieces of brie baked in the oven until the cream thickens and blankets the potatoes in a rich, creamy sauce. We'd say this dish is worthy of a special occasion and will make a delicious addition to your Christmas themed feast. Potato, Thyme, White Cow Brie, Butter, Heavy Cream, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre heat oven to 160c, place tray on a baking tray and heat for 15-20 mins or until piping hot. Further heating needed if frozen.
