This vegetarian centrepiece makes the most of ready-made puff pastry and an umami Roasted parsnip, heirloom carrots & goats cheese filling. Serve individual pithiviers with a mushroom and tarragon sauce for a Christmas Day feast

parsnip, Carrot, Mushrooms, Goat's cheese, Puff Pastry.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove sauce pouch. Place on a baking tray in the oven for 15 - 20 mins until piping hot. Warm sauce in a pot & serve on the side.
