Beef Stock (homemade), MIlk, Spinach, Beef, Mushrooms, Mustard, Salt, Pepper, red wine, Puff Pastry, Onion, Eggs, Cream, Butter, Flour, Olive Oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre heat oven to 190c. Peel off film, remove sauce & place tray in the oven for 40-45 mins for medium rare & another 5 mins for medium. Remove from oven & let it rest for 10 mins before slicing. Heat sauce, serve on side
