Truffled artichoke, leek & onion quiche with rocket & walnut salad
Single size quiche. The buttery crust and the egg filling pairs perfectly with roasted artichoke, leek, caramelized onions, and slightly tangy and earthy goat cheese. Accompanied with rocket and walnut salad, this quiche makes an impressive vegetarian entrée whether served warm, at room temperature or chilled.
Ingredients
Flour, Eggs, MIlk, Unsalted Butter, Goat's cheese, rocket, Water, Heavy Cream, Walnuts, Mustard, Shallot, fresh parsley, Salt, Cayenne pepper, Pepper, Artichoke heart, truffle oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Can be served cold or warm. To warm, remove salad & dressing & heat in microwave for 2-3 mins until warm in center. OR pre-heat oven to 160c & warm on a baking tray for 10-15 mins. Serve with dressed salad on the side.
