Pork vindaloo with picked Onions
Spicy and piquant pork vindaloo adorns tables in Indian Catholic homes especially in Goa over feast days and lazy Sundays. It's the dish that the Portuguese left them with hundreds of years ago. Our version is a milder version but with the same flaky pork meat, capped with delicious soft fat that has soaked in all the tart and spicy goodness of the special masala! It is the stuff that will make you a devotee! Just cook your own rice to serve on the side.
