Mushroom stroganoff , parsley and Fettuccini
This is the best vegetarian stroganoff you will ever try! Turns out that mushrooms — with all of their hearty, savory, umami goodness —makes this dish perfectly fine without any meat. They also have the added benefit of being significantly more healthy and less expensive than traditional beef. And when paired with al dante fettuccini and our delicious stroganoff sauce, this dish tastes just like the nostalgic comfort food we all know and love! If you'd like to order a bigger portion of the stew, then opt for the 2 or 4 serve.

Onion, Tomato Paste, Parmesan, sour cream, Mushrooms, White Wine, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Mustard, lemon juice, Parsley.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
