Lamb & Spinach Spanakopita
If you haven't tried Spanakopita before, you're in for a treat! It is a delicious savoury Greek pie with perfectly crispy layers of phyllo dough and a comforting filling of lamb, spinach and feta cheese. It's a meal in itself otherwise it also makes a great side to our chicken roast tray!
Ingredients
Filo pastry, Spinach, Feta, Salt, Greek Yoghurt, Butter, spring onion, lemon juice, Fresh Mint, dill, lemon zest, Garlic, Cayenne pepper, lamb mince, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove film and bake in pre-heated oven at 170c for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Further heating needed if frozen.
