Thai Red Chicken Curry with capsicum, snow pea and broccoli
Thai Red Curry, like most Asian curries, has a great depth of flavour. The sauce flavour is complex, it has many layers from all the ingredients in the paste that is then simmered with broth and coconut milk. It’s sweet and savoury, and it is quite rich. To make it a complete meal, just cook your own rice or noodles at home. Please note this item will be delivered frozen.

Capsicum, Onion, Brocolli, snow pea, thai red curry paste, Garlic, Ginger, lemongrass, Vegetable oil, Chicken, Coconut Milk, Kaffir, palm sugar, Fish Sauce, Red Chilli, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
