Water, Potato, Leek, Cream, Brown Onion, Olive Oil, Vegetable Stock, Sea salt, Black pepper, Garlic, Butter.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost soup overnight in the fridge. Pour the soup into a large pot. Wait for the soup to boil. Stir regularly to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Soup must reach 75°C.
