Sardinian Culurgiones
Vegetarian
Traditional Sardinian culurgiones, originally made as a form to use excess harvest. They are easily recognisable by their characteristic wheat ear shape (also known as spiga or spighitta in Sardinian language). Culurgiones are traditionally filled with potato, mint and Sardinian pecorino. Best served with our house tomato sugo. Our filled pasta range is available based on a per person quantity (7 pieces per person).
