We use fresh ricotta, cream fraiche and baby spinach for the cannelloni filling along with a homegrown sage and brown butter sauce. They are finished with parmesan and mozzarella and delicious served with a garden salad or veggies.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove lid and place in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden on top and heated through.
