Ingredients

Spinach, Feta, Filo pastry, Butter, Lemon, Ricotta cheese, Egg, Garlic, Scallions, Salt, Mint, Dill, Nutmeg, black pepper, Cayenne pepper.

Preparation and storage notes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line a grease proof tray and place spanakopita in the oven for ~15 minutes or until heated all the way through. Serve alongside your favourite seasonal salad!
