One of our favourite vegan curries, simply defrost, re-heat and serve with rice and fresh coriander. Best consumed within three days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Tofu (Soy), Onion, Garlic, Miso (Soy), Coconut milk, Coriander, Curry powder, Spices, Cornflour (Wheat), Soy sauce (Wheat), Sugar, Green beans, Sweet potato, Lemon, Herbs

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Soy.

Preparation and storage notes

Once defrosted, pour into a saucepan and heat on the stovetop till hot through (add a dash of water), stir occasionally.
Serve with steamed rice & fresh coriander.
