Ingredients
Eggplant, Tomato, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella, Breadcrumbs, Onion, Garlic, Wine vinegar, Herbs.
Preparation and storage notes
Once defrosted, remove lid, cover with foil, warm in a pre-heated oven @160 degrees for 20mins or until warm through, then remove foil for the last 5 mins and let the top go golden. Enjoy with a GO! salad.
