Carrot Relish (Chilli, Vinegar, Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Carrot, Ginger), Lemon Dressing (White wine vinegar, Lemon, Dijon mustard, Sugar, Vegetable oil, Salt), Freekeh, Red onion, Pepita and sunflower seeds, Pine nuts, Almonds, Currants, Mint, Parsley.
Preparation and storage notes
Tip the salad into a bowl, dress with house lemon dressing & top with carrot relish. The perfect side to your main meal. Alternatively, try it with one of our curries, simply substitute rice for the ancient grain salad.
