Bechamel (Milk, Butter, Plain flour, Cheese, Herbs, Spices), Lamb, Eggplant, Tomatoes, Tomato paste, Onion, Garlic, Flour, Red wine, Herbs, Spices, Potatoes.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid, cover with foil (optional), warm in a pre-heated oven @160degree for 20-40mins (depending on size) remove foil for the last 5 mins and let the top of the Moussaka go golden.
