Butter Chicken curry with medium spice. It comes frozen - once defrosted, use within five days. If kept frozen, use it within three months.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Yoghurt, Cumin, Turmeric, Chilli powder, Bay leaves, Tomato, Cinnamon, Star anise, Cream, Butter, Potato, Honey.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost, then heat on the stovetop till hot through (add a dash of water), stir occasionally. Serve with steamed rice, fresh coriander & yoghurt.
