It comes frozen - once defrosted, use within three days. If kept frozen, use it within three months.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs, Pumpkin, Green beans, Mushrooms, Coconut milk, Peanut butter, Sugar, Red curry paste, Kecap Manis, Fish sauce, Peanut oil, Soy sauce, Tamarind, Garlic, Lime, Coriander, Chilli.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost, then pour into a wok or fry pan, add a dash of water so it doesn’t stick, and stir constantly, until it is hot through. Delicious with brown or white rice.
