Sunflower seed, Linseed, Sesame seeds, Flour (GF), Psyllium Husk, Salt, Maple syrup, Vegetable oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Once defrosted, Best served warmed, ideally heat on a sandwich press or in the oven. Try with our GO! Hummus, fresh mint and lemon!
