Preparation and storage notes

HEATING:
Pierce plastic 3 times. Heat in microwave on high for 1-minute intervals until hot. Rest 1 min before removing plastic, be careful of steam. Alternatively transfer contents to a saucepan and warm over a low / medium heat stirring occasionally until hot.


STORAGE:
Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of opening. This item can be frozen.
