Al Dente Apple Jam

Our apple jam is a delicious preserve, beautiful tasting and sweet. We love it on hot toast or fresh bakes, but it would also be delicious stirred into yoghurt or spread on top of pancakes or waffles. It makes a great ingredient for a homemade pie, with the addition of cinnamon it becomes the ultimate wintery recipe. Of course, you can pair it with cheese and other savory dishes too!
