If you've had our soft, pillowy potato gnocchi before, you know just how good it is! This Gnocchi alla Sorrentina just needs to be baked in the oven for 15 minutes, to heat the gnocchi and melt all the delicious mozzarella. I'm often pretty jealous of the kids Gnocchi Napoli, so this is the perfect remedy. Cheesy, warm, comfort food.

Preparation and storage notes
Preheat your oven to 180°c. Remove the lid from the container, and place it into the oven for 25 minutes. Let it rest for a couple minutes before serving, as it'll be really hot!
