A chunky boar ragù of Victorian boar shoulder and neck, enriched with herbs & red wine. Of course, as with all our sauces and ragù, this will be in glass jars, pasteurised, so you can store it in your fridge (unopened) for the inevitable rainy day that will grace us Melburnians again soon.

Boar, Tomato paste, Red wine, Celery, Carrot, Onion, Coriander Seed, Olive oil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Cinnamon, Anise star, Juniper Berries (Sulphites)

Preparation and storage notes

Transfer to a saucepan and warm over a medium heat on stovetop. Toss with your choice of cooked pasta. Please note to store in fridge . USE BY:
