Cream, Durum semolina, Parmigiano, Water, Pecorino cheese, Egg, Egg yolk, Flour, Pepper, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
STORE IN THE FRIDGE OR YOU CAN FREEZE. Cook in gently boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, and serve with salted butter and pepper. Finish with freshly grated parmigiano or pecorino cheese.
